Aerial yoga makes you feel wonderful as it boosts your brain’s production of chemicals like endorphins and dopamine which make you feel euphoric.

Shat kriyas are nothing but cleansing processes that eliminate the chemicals in your body in order to maintain sound health of an individual.

Karma Yoga

“Do your duty without the concern to the fruit of it”, said the lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita. Karma yoga is a yoga of duty which involves no attachment of ego and selfishness. The principles of karma yoga lie behind the understanding of four essential words. They are ego, duty, expectation and attachment.

Pranayama practices

Breath is the source of prana and the practicing of controlling breath is referred to as pranayama. Breath awareness and conscious breathing are the two benefits of practicing pranayama.

Yogic Philosophy

The philosophy of yoga is simple: Mind, body and spirit cannot exist in a clearly separated form. In this course an introductory study of Indian philosophies in yogic perspective is taught.

Mantra recitations: Mantra is involved with both energy and breath which are closely related. Reciting a mantra gives a rhythm to the energy and breath which has several benefits. In this course you will understand the concept of mantra recitations.
Anatomy in yogic perspective: understanding the effect of the yoga postures on your body Is very important. Hence anatomy of yoga is a must learn concept and you will get to learn in detail about the same through this course.

Other than all the above mentioned compositions of this 50-hour Aerial Yoga teacher training, this course stands out from the ones offered by other sources in many aspects.
You will be provided accommodation for 5 nights along with free WIFI and Air conditioner. Three healthy and nutritious meals per day i.e Breakfast, lunch and dinner along with tea and coffee will be provided.
