ASTHANGA VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is nothing but arranging something specially. Your movement is associated with breath through vinyasa yoga. This practice is breathe initiated through which every action of our life is connected to approach towards what is most important to us. Using breath, we flow or connect from one posture to the next and hence Vinyasa yoga is commonly known as the flow yoga. A more balanced body can be developed and also repetitive motion injuries can also be prevented with the help of vinyasa yoga which is variable. Presently, flow yoga is the most popular form of yoga practice in the world.
TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga can be described traditionally as a set of practices that are intended to heal the existing problems and prevent physical problems. Five parts that hatha yoga is composed of are sequentially practised which purify the body at a delicate level. The five parts are as follows,
Hatha yoga is an exercise to the body as well as the mind. In this course, you will learn all the above-mentioned aspects of yoga. You will study Vedanta philosophy and also the Bhagwad Gita which is the most important yogic text.
Connective tissues are also known as yin tissues on which the yin yoga works. The poses are held for a longer time as the yin tissues respond better to a steady load. Making your connective tissue a little longer is all you need to relax it and remove the stress caused by the same. Yin yoga facilitates in making them longer and stronger. Through yin yoga, you can heal and calm your mind. In this course, you will learn about the yin yang theory and also some introduction to Chinese medicine: meridians, organs, and fascia.
AERIAL SWING YOGA
It is a new form of yoga and it involves a hammock which is used a swing to gently bend forwards or backwards. It is also referred to as Anti-gravity yoga. This form of yoga helps in relieving the back pain. The practitioners can improve their coordination, flexibility and strength. In this course, you will learn how to design sequences for therapeutic treatment.

Time Split Between Module
Our basic Aerial classes have optional hanging inversions included. In the initial phase, all of the poses will be taught and practiced on the ground. The apparatus i.e. the hammock is adjustable and can be made higher or lower at your convenience. The entire control of the intensity of the practice will be upto you. Each class won’t be very long and there may be scope for using the partner method. Rest assured that your safety is our prime concern and that we will ensure that you feel confident and safe while doing the Aerial Yoga Hammock. We also demonstrate how to purchase and set up the hammock in the comfort of your home as well.
Sometimes you feel overworked and lose the energy to do anything at all. Sometimes you feel just the opposite and feel at a loss to know what to do with your racing mind. Our Yin Yoga program shows the practitioners the path towards a more contemplative aspect of yoga which helps you prepare your mind as well as your body for education. As far as the physical level is concerned it works on the connective tissues of the body that increases the flexibility of the body as a whole. As a result, the practitioner can sit for meditation for a longer period of time. Holding the postures for long periods of time is practiced here so that the levels of concentration of the practitioners are increased and the mind becomes one-pointed.
