AERIAL Yoga

Curriculum

Our basic Aerial classes have optional hanging inversions included. In the initial phase all of the poses will be taught and practised on the ground. Your convenience will be of utmost importance and hence the hammock will be adjustable and can be made higher or lower to suit your preferences.

The entire control of the intensity of the practice will be up to you. Each class won’t be very long and there may be scope for using the partner method. Rest assured that your safety is our prime concern and that we will ensure that you feel confident and safe while doing the Aerial Yoga Hammock. We also demonstrate how to purchase and set up the hammock in the comfort of your home as well.
